Freight:

Our responsibility for freight, damage, or loss ceases once goods leave our premises. In other words, our terms of trading in respect of goods are ex-store, with property & risk passing to the customer at our premises.

Damages:

All goods are carefully inspected before being packed and are in good condition when shipped. Damage claims must be made with the carrier, not with Rollies Speed Shop. If the delivery looks damaged, sign & mark the consignment note “damaged”.

Short Ship:

Any claims on short shipped parts must be made direct to Rollies Speed Shop within 10 days of purchase.

Warranty:

Rollies Speed Shop guarantees the goods and services we sell are of acceptable quality, match the description or part number requested, are fit for their intended purpose & will have any manufacturer warranties honoured. If a good or service we sell fails to meet a guarantee, we will provide a ‘remedy’ – and attempt to put right the fault, deficiency or failure.

• We guarantee chrome & paint to be free of defects & in perfect condition when it leaves our store
• Black exhausts – periodic maintenance / re-painting of the heat shields, with Hi-Temp “Exhaust Paint” will be required
• Warranty does not apply to damage caused to paint or chrome after the goods leave our store
• All exhaust finishes pass a final inspection & are signed off prior to dispatch

Returns:

As per Australian Competition & Consumer Commission

We are NOT required to give refunds, credits, or exchanges under the following conditions:

• When no proof of purchase is provided (original Invoice)
• When the fault or damage to the goods was caused by the customer
• When the customer knew about the defect before purchase
• When the customer has simply changed their mind or made an incorrect selection
• In some instances, as an act of goodwill we may accept the item back for credit. A 20% restocking fee will apply
